Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality architectural solutions while ensuring compliance with company policies and architecture standards.
  • Develop enterprise architecture strategies, patterns, standards, technology recommendations, and solutions for complex and emerging environments.
  • Integrate architecture into developer workflows, including epics, code reviews, pipelines, automated gates, and reference implementations.
  • Design stable, flexible, high-performance, reusable architectures and optimize solutions with stakeholders.
  • Pilot AI-driven tools for pattern recommendation, design validation, risk identification, and documentation generation.
  • Define safe and compliant AI-assisted design practices and measurable benefits.
  • Consult on platform and product strategies, operational resilience, cost optimization, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Work with senior management and multiple teams to communicate architecture goals, resource needs, and adoption plans.
  • Foster collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, and architectural excellence across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • 10–12 years of experience in technology and architecture roles is required.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architecture across AWS, Azure, or GCP; microservices; APIs; event-driven designs; data platforms; security architecture; and reliability engineering.
  • Proven experience with infrastructure as code, policy as code, CI/CD, automated quality and security gates, and reference implementations.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Advanced degree is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI/ML engineering workflows, GenAI-assisted design, coding assistants, architectural validation, model risk, data protection, and auditability is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, influencing, decision-making, problem-solving, consensus-building, and adoption-driving skills are required.
