Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for AI-based applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Create and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Ensure high test coverage and maintain test documentation.
- Contribute to best practices in automation.
- Work with Scrum Team and stakeholders to influence decision making and support project teams.
- Contribute to the advancement of Agile practices within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation.
- Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience testing AI/ML-based systems or data-driven applications.
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and Postman.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
- Experience working with LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
- Good communication skills with peers, subordinates, and managers.
