Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, implement, deploy, and continuously improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows.
- Develop prompts, agent workflows, and tool integrations using Python, enterprise AI platforms, and n8n.
- Define technical interface requirements for SAP platforms using OData, BAPIs, RFCs, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Translate business use cases and user feedback into AI solutions and technical requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Prototype ideas, evaluate emerging AI capabilities, and identify opportunities for production adoption.
- Co-own AI product lifecycles through backlog prioritization, release coordination, continuous improvement, and scaling.
- Deliver scalable and maintainable solutions that improve business processes, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Several years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI and/or agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with SAP ERP integration, ideally SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of Python, LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience with SAP integration technologies including RFCs, BAPIs, OData, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Databricks, workflow automation, or MCP is a plus.
- Understanding of sales, CRM, pricing, or customer intelligence processes is advantageous.
- Very good English skills and a hands-on, structured, solution-oriented working style.
- Ability to prototype quickly, create scalable solutions, collaborate across AI, SAP, and business teams, and take ownership of business value.
