Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture for multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, and AI automation workflows.
- Establish and maintain the agentic engineering stack, including frameworks, testing, monitoring, and deployment patterns.
- Own technical designs for AI orchestration use cases across more than four client implementations.
- Build reusable agent components, tool-use libraries, and prompt templates.
- Configure Genie spaces for client data exploration.
- Mentor Senior Agentic Engineers and conduct code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Evaluate LLM providers and recommend model choices based on cost and latency tradeoffs.
- Bridge Data Science model outputs with efficient agentic deployment and model serving.
- Collaborate with the onshore Senior AI Engineer on architecture decisions and technical standards.
- Create technical documentation, runbooks, and operational playbooks for the agentic platform.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python and production-grade software architecture.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications at scale.
- Strong knowledge of agent orchestration patterns and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or custom frameworks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure, including container orchestration and serverless patterns.
- Experience mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards.
- Experience with MLOps, including model serving, monitoring, versioning, and cost management.
- Strong system design skills with distributed systems and API architecture experience.
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation and cross-timezone collaboration.
- Preferred: experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, and/or Genie.
- Preferred: background in media technology, adtech, or marketing analytics platforms.
- Preferred: experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and semantic search at scale.
- Preferred: contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
- Preferred: experience leading technical teams in a DGS/offshore delivery model.
