Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of custom software and agentic AI solutions.
- Lead an AI or reverse engineering pod and mentor team members while driving technical decisions.
- Design AI agents, agent orchestration, LLM, RAG, tool-calling, context-management, and agentic workflows.
- Establish AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, reliability, scalability, and production-readiness practices.
- Support enterprise data migration through discovery, reverse engineering, data mapping, ETL, data ingestion, and code analysis.
- Use Python, SQL Server T-SQL, and ETL concepts to parse code, automate work, and generate deliverables.
- Translate business and technical requirements into AI solutions and explain complex logic to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience, with broader experience described as 8–12+ years.
- Strong experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions.
- Hands-on understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, agent orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, and observability.
- Strong solution architecture, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Experience with data engineering, data migration, ETL, data mapping, or solution architecture.
- Strong Python programming and code-reading ability across legacy or unfamiliar codebases.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server T-SQL, stored procedures, user-defined functions, views, ETL packages, staging, joins, filters, incremental loads, and dimensional data warehouses.
- Experience with legacy technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, Netezza, or SAS.
- 15 years of full-time education.
