Responsibilities

Advise enterprise customers on vulnerability management, threat detection and response, compliance, cloud security, and application security.
Partner with Sales, TAMs, and customer stakeholders to drive technical wins and expansion opportunities.
Architect end-to-end security solutions aligned with customer environments and business goals.
Lead high-impact Proof of Value engagements demonstrating platform capabilities.
Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures and deployment strategies.
Identify gaps between current and desired security posture and position solutions to address them.
Deliver executive-level workshops, architecture sessions, and technical briefings.
Create reusable reference architectures, onboarding playbooks, and best practices.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap using customer insights.
Monitor evolving threats, technologies, and market trends.

Relevant bachelor’s degree.
Minimum eight years of experience.
Strong experience in customer-facing pre-sales, post-sales, or advisory roles.
Proven ability to design and articulate complex security architectures.
Experience driving technical wins and handling high-stakes customer scenarios.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage engineers and executives.
Experience with vulnerability management, patching, asset discovery, policy compliance, configuration management, and endpoint detection and response.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP architecture and cloud posture, identity, workload, and container security.
Knowledge of SAST, DAST, API security, container security, OWASP, and MITRE frameworks.
High ownership, curiosity, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
Hands-on experience with Qualys or similar platforms is preferred.
Understanding of ISO, NIST, and CIS standards is preferred.
Ability to map security controls to compliance frameworks is preferred.
Experience influencing product direction through customer feedback is preferred.
