Responsibilities
- Build scalable AI capabilities and production-ready solutions for Fidelity Wealth.
- Translate Wealth priorities into secure, reliable end-to-end solutions.
- Partner with business, product, architecture, data, and platform teams.
- Lead design discussions, own issues, and apply sound technical judgment.
- Mentor engineers and deliver high-quality software using test-first practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of software engineering experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
- Experience with modern programming languages, frameworks, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Strong software architecture and design-pattern knowledge for scalable, resilient systems.
- Proficiency with at least one of Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience using GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or Claude.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, judgment, and technical leadership skills.
