Base Salary

$82k - $172k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Execute unit, component, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts, reusable components, test data, locators, and regression suites.
  • Perform performance and throughput benchmarking, fault-tolerance testing, interface-compliance testing, and functional-completeness testing.
  • Support requirements review, test formulation, test execution, test reporting, production break/fix, and enhancement efforts.
  • Document test results, prepare status reports, track and retest defects, and support defect-management processes.
  • Create testing artifacts including test plans, test cases, test procedures, requirements traceability materials, use cases, and user interface specifications.
  • Estimate testing effort, provide input to project schedules, report testing results and metrics, and participate in the change control board process.
  • Drive testing automation and process-improvement initiatives and provide informal demonstrations to staff and customers.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance are required.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience is required; a relevant bachelor's degree may substitute for 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, strong ServiceNow platform knowledge, and experience testing multiple ITSM modules are required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and/or Microsoft Intune is required.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting, automated smoke and regression test suites, test-environment setup, test-case execution, and defect tracking is required.
  • Experience with component, application, integration, and performance testing procedures and criteria is required.
  • Experience defining acceptance criteria, coordinating acceptance testing, maintaining requirements traceability, and creating and executing test plans and procedures is required.
  • Ability to independently perform requirements analysis and produce high-quality test plans, cases, reports, and other test products is required.
