Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Execute unit/component, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts, reusable components, test data, locators, and regression suites.
- Conduct component integration testing, including performance, throughput, fault tolerance, interface compliance, and functional completeness testing.
- Support production break/fix and enhancement efforts through requirements review, test formulation, execution, and reporting.
- Document and analyze test results, prepare status reports, and support defect management and retesting.
- Create test plans, test cases, test procedures, test reports, requirements traceability artifacts, and related technical documentation.
- Estimate testing effort, provide project schedule input, and report testing results and defect metrics to stakeholders.
- Run performance benchmarks, conduct performance tuning, and build capacity planning models.
- Drive test automation and process improvements and provide demonstrations to staff and customers.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance; the role requires Secret clearance eligibility.
- 12+ years of relevant experience; a relevant bachelor's degree may substitute for five years of relevant experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow and strong ServiceNow platform knowledge, including testing across multiple ITSM modules.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and/or Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and packaging tests into smoke and regression suites.
- Experience setting up test environments, executing test cases, tracking defects, and performing manual ServiceNow testing.
- Working experience with component, application, integration, and performance testing procedures and criteria.
- Experience defining acceptance criteria, coordinating acceptance testing, maintaining requirements traceability, and creating and executing test plans and procedures.
