Responsibilities
- Own the GenAI strategy and identify high-leverage AI/ML opportunities across AdTech, conversions, payments, communications, and customer value optimization.
- Establish and scale agentic development workflows, including guardrails and reference architectures for AI-native engineering.
- Define long-term technical architecture and lead complex decisions involving identity schemas, experimentation, signal loops, payment authorization, migrations, reliability, latency, and observability.
- Define experimentation strategy and execution frameworks, including instrumentation, identity resolution, attribution windows, and signal quality.
- Set the multi-year technical vision, communicate architectural direction, and represent the Growth Mega Alliance in company-wide programs.
- Collaborate with other Mega Alliances to establish shared architectural standards and prevent fragmentation.
- Coach Staff and Senior Engineers and raise engineering standards through design reviews, observability, post-incident learning, and technical documentation.
Requirements

- Experience integrating GenAI into customer-facing products or internal business processes at scale, with a clear perspective on organizational and cultural change.
- Deep familiarity with at least two growth domains: AdTech or paid media infrastructure, funnel optimization, payment orchestration, CRM and lifecycle communications, or pricing and incentive optimization.
- Knowledge of PSP behavior, consent and privacy requirements, deliverability limits, attribution windows, and incrementality measurement; multi-market subscription or e-commerce experience is preferred.
- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven patterns, and Kafka, plus deep AWS experience.
- Strong proficiency in Go, Kotlin, Python, or TypeScript.
- Track record designing and operating large-scale, multi-region systems and solving critical bottlenecks through hands-on architectural work.
