Responsibilities
- Break down complex and ambiguous problems into iterative experiments and prototypes.
- Study and apply recent AI, computer vision, and 3D techniques to real projects.
- Build proofs of concept and turn prototypes into robust, maintainable, production-ready software.
- Define experiments and metrics, evaluate technical trade-offs, and reduce implementation risk.
- Improve architectures, pipelines, workflows, monitoring, and system performance.
- Write clean code, participate in testing, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Share knowledge through mentoring, documentation, talks, workshops, and conferences.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python and solid software engineering foundations.
- Solid knowledge of computer vision and deep learning, including areas such as image/video processing, 3D vision, point clouds, NeRF, Gaussian Splatting, segmentation, detection, or multimodal approaches.
- Ability to implement end-to-end solutions beyond notebooks while considering production constraints.
- Strong problem-solving, experimentation, pragmatic delivery, communication, and continuous-learning skills.
- Proficiency in English for collaboration in an international environment.
- Preferred experience with C#, Unity, Unreal, Evergine, Azure, AWS, GCP, MLOps, deployment, monitoring, reproducibility, or technical content creation.
