Responsibilities
- Investigate verified application issues within defined priority-based timelines.
- Identify and implement resolutions while preserving the integrity of the generic customer-facing application.
- Create detailed technical support documentation as needed.
- Provide support and guidance to users and colleagues.
- Collaborate with Design, Test, and Development teams on current and future functionality.
- Specify, develop, and implement interfaces supporting the core product.
- Contribute to resource estimates and monitor personal project performance against plan.
- Take corrective action when necessary to help achieve project goals.
