Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain enterprise Azure infrastructure using infrastructure as code and enforce cloud architecture and operational standards.
- Develop reusable infrastructure modules, deployment patterns, and Azure infrastructure cost-optimization practices.
- Design, implement, and govern Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and blue-green, canary, and zero-downtime deployment strategies.
- Maintain load-testing environments, automated performance testing strategies, and autoscaling validation for Azure services, APIs, and databases.
- Implement security controls using Azure Key Vault, Managed Identity, RBAC, and least-privilege access models.
- Configure and maintain Azure WAF policies and Azure API Management, including throttling, rate limiting, and API governance.
- Implement observability with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics/KQL, and lead production incident root-cause analysis.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical design reviews, and serve as a subject matter expert for cloud operations and platform reliability.
- Partner with product and engineering teams using Agile/Scrum practices to align infrastructure delivery with business priorities.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms, including App Services, AKS, Key Vault, and API Management.
- Experience designing infrastructure as code, enterprise cloud architecture standards, reusable infrastructure modules, and automated deployment strategies.
- Experience with CI/CD governance, blue-green or canary deployments, zero-downtime strategies, performance testing, and autoscaling.
- Knowledge of cloud security controls, identity and access management, WAF policies, API governance, observability, and incident root-cause analysis.
- Experience operating infrastructure at scale and relevant Azure or cloud certifications.
- Ability to mentor engineers and communicate with product, engineering, executive, and founding leadership.
