Base Salary
$190k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack Java applications supporting enterprise data enablement initiatives.
- Develop and prototype capabilities supporting the customer's Data Architecture Strategy.
- Build scalable solutions for data ingest, processing, transformation, and transport workflows.
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and backend processing components.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and implement technical solutions.
- Support modernization efforts using emerging technologies and enterprise data frameworks.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, deployment, system integration, and sustainment activities.
- Troubleshoot software defects, performance issues, and integration challenges.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and software artifacts.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph for the customer.
- Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience developing full-stack Java applications in enterprise environments.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience supporting data processing, data transformation, or data integration solutions.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and enterprise application development.
- Experience with source code management tools such as Git.
- Desired qualifications include enterprise data architecture or data transformation experience, cloud technologies, modern software development frameworks, scalable high-volume data processing, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and Intelligence Community mission systems or data platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
