Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Workday HCM solutions.
- Use automated testing tools and frameworks, and track and report defects through resolution.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication to support project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM Testing.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM Testing.
- Experience designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and software troubleshooting skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
