Responsibilities
- Design and optimize live broadcast recommendation architecture and affiliated products.
- Develop SaaS recommendation systems and deliver core recommendation capabilities to partners.
- Abstract architecture and optimize processes for recommendation scenarios supporting large-scale machine learning.
- Build and improve highly concurrent, high-throughput systems for stability, performance, scalability, and availability.
- Develop and optimize core components, apply new technologies, and resolve performance bottlenecks and cost issues.
- Research, design, and develop computer and network software and specialized utility programs.
- Analyze user needs, develop software solutions, update existing software, and direct software testing and validation procedures.
- Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and define specifications and performance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience building scalable systems.
- Programming experience in one or more of C, C++, Java, or Golang.
- Strong programming ability, design and code quality, and enthusiasm for technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
- Preferred: experience with personalized recommendations, search engines, machine learning, distributed storage systems, or big data frameworks.
