Responsibilities
- Own Java-focused application development and provide technical direction.
- Design and evolve service-oriented architectures for logistics solutions.
- Drive the full software development lifecycle from ideation and design through production integration.
- Collaborate with product owners and domain experts across business units.
- Evaluate and integrate tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve performance and maintainability.
- Develop and support systems using Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, JUnit, and Mockito.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in software architecture and Java development.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, JUnit, and Mockito.
- Proficiency with Maven, Jenkins, and Git.
- Experience with IntelliJ IDEA, Docker, OpenShift, or AWS is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent English communication skills, and a collaborative knowledge-sharing mindset.
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and proactive process improvement.
