Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and optimize ETL pipelines.
- Design data schemas to accommodate 10x data growth.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security.
- Develop scalable data architecture and standardized models.
- Own ETL workflows to meet data quality and availability requirements.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, and DevOps teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience transforming data into governed datasets.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-quality data pipelines.
- 5+ years of experience providing business insights to stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL, Spark, AWS Glue, EMR, Airflow, and Python.
- 3+ years of experience with MPP database systems like Snowflake or AWS Redshift.
- Proven track record of successful partnerships with Analytics and Data Science teams.
- Understanding of key metrics for data pipelines and solutions for visibility.
- Participation in on-call rotation for incident response.
