Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable software systems for cross-border commerce across Amazon’s worldwide marketplaces.
- Lead the technical team in establishing coherent architecture and delivering capabilities across global Amazon Stores.
- Build and launch customer-facing products for international markets and systems supporting millions of transactions.
- Develop platform capabilities involving agents, LLMs, and real-time recommendations.
- Collaborate with software engineers, applied scientists, product managers, principals, and end customers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
