Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture for frontier AI products and identify key business applications.
Review and refine end-to-end technical designs for AI applications and agentic workflows.
Guide technical direction by aligning user needs, platform strategy, and implementation tradeoffs.
Establish reusable patterns for AI engineering, platform integration, governance, and production readiness.
Serve as a senior technical leader and advisor for complex cross-functional initiatives and architecture reviews.
Translate complex technical concepts into architecture decisions, delivery plans, and business outcomes while identifying design flaws and risks.

15+ years of experience in software development.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise software, platform, and AI solutions in complex environments.
Deep understanding of AI engineering patterns, preferably including machine learning and deep learning.
Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML architecture across training, inference, feature pipelines, model serving, orchestration, and agent protocols.
Strong platform engineering skills across APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and secure deployment.
Experience with AI platforms, developer platforms, or internal enablement products.
Strong communication and partnership skills across engineering, product, risk, control, and senior stakeholders.
Preferred experience with applied AI, ML/optimization, evaluation frameworks, guardrail design, vector databases, retrieval systems, knowledge graphs, memory-based agents, agentic protocols, MLOps, model lifecycle tooling, production AI observability, and agentic software development lifecycle design.
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus; an advanced degree is beneficial.
