Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production issues, provide rapid incident response, and resolve root causes structurally.
- Improve system availability and eliminate downtime using open-source technologies and sustainable solutions.
- Translate trading requests into technical requirements and implement solutions with relevant focus teams.
- Coordinate, prioritize, and plan trading software changes, exchange migrations, and new feature releases.
- Collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, developers, systems engineers, network engineers, and performance engineers across a complex technical environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an SRE, Systems Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or MLOps Engineer.
- Python and Bash scripting skills.
- Experience with Kubernetes and a solid understanding of the Linux operating system.
- Experience with database querying and a basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols.
- Machine learning pipeline experience is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, interpersonal, communication, proactive learning, and self-development abilities.
