Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality code for new software features.
- Build independent software capabilities within specified timeframes using industry best practices.
- Ensure appropriate test coverage for developed software.
- Interpret technical specifications and documentation.
- Work with minimal supervision and continuously learn modern technologies.
- Work normal business hours with some overlap with UK business hours.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Java development.
- Hands-on proficiency with Java 8 or newer, including Java 17 and Java 21.
- Experience with Spring Boot or the Spring Framework.
- Experience with JUnit and REST APIs.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and interpret technical specifications and documentation.
- Cloud technology, Terraform, Jenkins, AngularJS, ReactJS, or Kotlin knowledge is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAFe is preferred.
- Fintech or payments-domain experience is a bonus.
