Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and execute PCBA/L6 through system-level/L10 functional testing strategies across all NPI stages.
- Design, build, and deploy manufacturing test software and automation frameworks for hardware test stations and production racks.
- Lead root-cause debugging of complex hardware failures and develop database systems for manufacturing telemetry.
- Create test requirements, validation reports, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides for global contract manufacturing teams.
- Coordinate with Design Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Test Infrastructure teams to improve coverage, yield, reliability, and production efficiency.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in PCBA/L6 and system-level/L10 manufacturing test processes and functional test development.
- Advanced software engineering capabilities in Python or equivalent languages, including automated test scripts and backend database systems.
- Experience with enterprise server or storage architectures.
- A proven record of rapid prototyping, converting ambiguous requirements into production-grade applications, and performing hardware root-cause analysis with lab instrumentation.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and technical documentation skills.
