Responsibilities
- Design enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions of end-user application software.
- Analyze coding, programming, and integration activities based on project objectives and guidelines.
- Write and execute testing plans, protocols, and documentation; identify and debug code issues.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams and internal and outsourced development partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions.
- Communicate software design status, project progress, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically 2–4 years of experience.
- Knowledge of software application design tools and programming languages.
- Ability to design software applications across multiple platform types.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test plans, debugging, testing scripts, and testing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including mastery of English and the local language.
- Ability to communicate design proposals and negotiate options.
