Responsibilities
- Apply software engineering knowledge to projects with significant impact.
- Work closely with a mentor and other employees to develop and grow technical skills.
- Develop, debug, optimize, document, and unit-test software.
- Create system diagrams and enumerate software requirements.
- Contribute effectively in an independent and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or graduate program.
- Must have at least 3 months of software programming or development experience.
- Must have coding experience in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Must be able to work full time and onsite for at least 12 consecutive weeks beginning in January or March 2027.
- Preferred: GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Preferred: at least 6 months of experience developing and deploying software used in real-world applications and projects.
- Preferred: knowledge of computer architecture and networks.
- Preferred: experience with software documentation, system diagrams, software requirements, debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing.
