Responsibilities
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices and Terraform.
- Maintain deployment automation, configuration consistency, and software instances across development, test, and production environments.
- Coordinate software delivery requests with external teams and collaborate across development, infrastructure, security, operations, and business teams.
- Monitor deployment outcomes, troubleshoot delivery issues, and improve deployment quality and platform reliability.
- Support security, change, and release management controls while reducing manual and error-prone activities.
Requirements
- Experience in DevOps engineering, release and deployment management, infrastructure automation, or related fields.
- Exposure to Windows and Linux platforms, MSSQL databases, ServiceNow, BMC Helix, JIRA, Microsoft Azure, Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps, Grafana, Terraform, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Microsoft Azure and Terraform experience are mandatory.
- Advanced English and professional proficiency in written and spoken English are required.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, effective cross-team collaboration, and a proactive, accountable, solution-oriented approach are required.
- Exposure to AI tools and technologies is a plus.
