Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure supporting application hosting, data processing, analytics, and enterprise services.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability capabilities for system health and performance visibility.
Automate operational and administrative processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with development, operations, architecture, product, business, and other stakeholders.
Support software releases, deployments, and infrastructure maintenance.
Implement access management, data protection, security, governance, and regulatory compliance practices.
Analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, optimize scalability, and troubleshoot production issues through root-cause analysis.

Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools and practices.
Experience automating operational processes with scripting and automation technologies.
Understanding of security best practices, access controls, compliance requirements, and infrastructure governance.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.
Experience with cloud platforms, cloud operations, Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks, performance tuning, scalability planning, system optimization, enterprise application deployments, or release management is preferred.
Experience working in large, globally distributed teams and relevant DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure certifications are preferred.
