Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines and deployment frameworks.
- Administer, support, and optimize the organization’s DevOps toolchain and development platforms.
- Develop automation solutions and reusable frameworks to improve operational efficiency and developer productivity.
- Implement DevSecOps practices and embed security and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce source-control, branching, release-management, and deployment standards.
- Integrate code quality, security scanning, artifact management, and compliance controls into CI/CD workflows.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and QA teams to streamline delivery and improve platform reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline, deployment, and platform-related issues.
- Lead production service-restoration discussions, root-cause analysis, solution assessment, and permanent-fix implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement across DevOps processes, tooling, and governance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, JFrog Xray, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong experience designing enterprise CI/CD solutions and deployment automation frameworks.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
- Experience with source-control management, branching strategies, repository administration, and release-management processes.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles, CI/CD architecture, SDLC, artifact management, security and vulnerability management, platform governance, and compliance controls.
- Experience integrating quality gates, security scanning, and compliance requirements into automated deployment pipelines.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure, AWS, GCP, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Preferred experience supporting enterprise-scale DevOps platforms in regulated environments, preferably financial services.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, security, and risk-management practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
