Responsibilities
- Support technical discovery, requirements gathering, and model-building preparation.
- Review P&IDs, PFDs, and performance and efficiency calculations to perform tag mapping.
- Deploy models into customer environments according to customer needs.
- Define and execute validation and quality-assurance steps for deployed models.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Consultants to meet implementation timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Provide structured product feedback and identify automation opportunities to improve deployment efficiency.
- Develop domain knowledge and implement repeatable best practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience deploying analytics solutions, ML, or rule-based models.
- Ability to define and execute validation steps to ensure model accuracy and output reliability.
- Familiarity with process documentation, checklists, and scalable repeatable workflows.
- Strongly preferred: experience implementing industrial AI/ML solutions in manufacturing, oil and gas, or chemical environments.
- Preferred: exposure to RCM, FMEA, condition monitoring, or predictive maintenance.
- Preferred: experience mapping sensor tags from DCS, SCADA, or Historians to platform inputs.
