Base Salary
$90k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain frontend applications using JavaScript/ES6+ and React, Vue, or a similar framework.
- Contribute to scalable, secure, accessible, and performant headless ecommerce experiences.
- Work with senior engineers on architecture, APIs, data structures, system communication, code reviews, and pair programming.
- Collaborate with UX, CRO, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver features and improvements.
- Develop knowledge of headless ecommerce, SSG, APIs, and GraphQL.
- Provide onsite technology support for employees, including troubleshooting laptops, desktops, applications, operating systems, and peripherals.
- Support Dell/Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Okta, devices, onboarding and offboarding.
- Troubleshoot authentication, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, meeting rooms, AV, video conferencing, printing, and workplace technology issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and asset records and collaborate with global Technology teams.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in desktop support, end-user IT, service desk, or onsite technology support.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience across laptops, desktops, applications, and peripherals.
- Experience supporting Dell/Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Okta or a similar authentication platform.
- Experience with meeting rooms, AV, video conferencing, device management, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Basic networking knowledge, including Wi-Fi and TCP/IP.
- Some frontend application development experience through professional work, internships, university, bootcamp, personal projects, or open-source contributions.
- Good working knowledge of vanilla JavaScript and ES6+, with experience using React, Vue, or a similar frontend framework.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, APIs, programming concepts, web accessibility, and WCAG principles.
- Interest in headless ecommerce, SSG, GraphQL, frontend performance, and modern web technologies.
- Strong communication, customer service, collaboration, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
