Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own major areas of the frontend architecture, focusing on scalability and user experience consistency.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance UI development and workflow efficiency.
- Define how AI can improve product experience and frontend engineering workflows.
- Design and implement polished, production-ready interfaces from concepts to customer experiences.
- Write, test, and ship high-quality frontend code with an emphasis on performance and accessibility.
- Architect reusable UI systems and component libraries for consistent product development.
- Collaborate with design, product, backend, and data teams to deliver cohesive workflows.
- Use customer feedback and analytics to continuously improve product usability.
- Mentor engineers and promote a strong frontend engineering culture.
