Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Own major areas of the frontend architecture, focusing on scalability and user experience consistency.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance UI development and workflow efficiency.
  • Define how AI can improve product experience and frontend engineering workflows.
  • Design and implement polished, production-ready interfaces from concepts to customer experiences.
  • Write, test, and ship high-quality frontend code with an emphasis on performance and accessibility.
  • Architect reusable UI systems and component libraries for consistent product development.
  • Collaborate with design, product, backend, and data teams to deliver cohesive workflows.
  • Use customer feedback and analytics to continuously improve product usability.
  • Mentor engineers and promote a strong frontend engineering culture.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in building and scaling complex modern web applications.
  • Deep expertise in frontend architecture and production-quality software delivery.
  • Strong proficiency with modern AI engineering and design tooling.
  • Exceptional design sensibility with a focus on UX quality and accessibility.
  • Systems thinking and experience in designing scalable UI architectures.
  • Strong execution mindset with high standards for quality and maintainability.
  • Collaborative approach with effective communication across teams.
