Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain document processing pipelines that extract, classify, validate, enrich, and route information from business documents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and continuously improve solutions in operation.
- Participate in technology and architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with Solution Analysts, business stakeholders, and fellow developers.
- Contribute to AI, document intelligence, automation, workflow, and information extraction initiatives.
- Build solutions supporting critical document digitization and archival operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience with Java, Python, and/or TypeScript.
- Experience building scalable and secure cloud-native solutions on Azure.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and database design, Kubernetes and container-based platforms, REST APIs, system integrations, and Git-based development workflows.
- Familiarity with secure software development, engineering best practices, and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication skills in Finnish and English.
- Experience with enterprise content management, document processing, or business-critical information systems is relevant.
- Experience with MongoDB, automated testing, application monitoring, release management, vulnerability management, Document Intelligence, OCR, Generative AI, or LLMs is advantageous.
- Experience in highly regulated environments or domains such as document management, data quality, business process automation, financial services, or regulatory compliance is valued.
- A proactive, collaborative, curious, and business-minded approach is expected.
