Base Salary
$150k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver enterprise AI and generative AI solutions from concept through production.
- Develop scalable AI solutions using Python, APIs, pipelines, and cloud AI services.
- Build document intelligence, data extraction, workflow automation, and other solutions for structured and unstructured information.
- Apply LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and prompt engineering to business use cases.
- Create reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, components, developer tools, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Partner with engineering, product, architecture, security, and business teams to evaluate AI opportunities and design practical enterprise solutions.
- Establish engineering practices for testing, security, software quality, scalability, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, consult across organizations, and expand enterprise AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Eight or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise AI, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, APIs, pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience solving complex unstructured document or data problems, including extraction, accuracy improvement, and operating solutions at scale.
- Experience with LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms, MLOps, model lifecycle management, or AI governance.
- Experience building reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, developer tools, or enterprise integrations.
- Experience with cloud AI services, preferably Azure AI and/or Azure OpenAI.
- Strong understanding of secure, scalable, production-quality software engineering.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, consult across organizations, influence senior stakeholders, and communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
