Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reliable delivery pipelines for platform services.
- Embed observability, automation, and reliability practices into the development lifecycle.
- Provision, manage, and scale environments using infrastructure as code and Kubernetes-based tooling.
- Extend monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery frameworks for platform needs.
- Participate in architecture and code reviews with a focus on operational excellence.
- Resolve deployment bottlenecks and performance issues in build and release workflows.
- Support environment standardization, migration efforts, capacity planning, and platform reliability.
- Improve delivery tooling using GitHub Actions, TeamCity, and Octopus pipelines.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining pipelines with GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Octopus.
- Experience managing containerized applications and Kubernetes workloads in production.
- Experience applying infrastructure as code with Terraform, Helm, or Kustomize.
- Knowledge of observability and reliability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Ability to automate testing, deployments, environment setup, and incident response.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Security-first approach to secrets, access, dependencies, pipelines, infrastructure, and deployments.
- Ability to optimize build performance, cloud costs, and runtime efficiency.
- Effective cross-team communication and advocacy for shared platform ownership.
