Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Enhance the security posture of AWS accounts and cloud infrastructure.
- Create secure frameworks for secrets management and authentication/authorization.
- Design and deploy robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Provide guidance on security and privacy best practices to cross-functional partners.
- Participate in mitigation strategies during security-related incident response.
Requirements
- Experience in security architecture and expertise in securing cloud architectures.
- Proficiency in backend/infrastructure development with production-grade code.
- Ability to debug systems in production and improve components with minimal disruption.
- Pragmatic, risk-based prioritization skills to model threats and balance trade-offs.
- Strong communication skills to convey nuanced ideas clearly and engage in thoughtful discussions.
