Base Salary
$165k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for key DevEx platform subsystems.
- Design and build core services that enhance developer productivity.
- Architect and evolve the agentic developer platform.
- Build systems that reliably serve thousands of application instances.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering patterns.
- Lead post-mortems and drive continuous improvement cycles.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with production platforms.
- Strong systems design skills with a focus on distributed services.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar languages in cloud-native environments.
- Deep experience with Kubernetes and workload management.
- Experience or strong interest in LLM-integrated developer tooling.
- Proven track record of setting technical direction and making architectural trade-offs.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and raising technical quality.
