Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build proofs-of-concept (POCs) for real customer use cases.
- Experiment with various memory retrieval techniques to meet quality and latency targets.
- Prototype new ideas and techniques from research papers.
- Create evaluation harnesses to assess POC success.
- Integrate AI tools and services into coherent workflows.
- Collaborate with Backend and Research teams on project specifications.
- Document and package prototypes for quick handoff to Engineering.
Requirements
- Full-stack fluency in Next.js/React and Python backends.
- Strong skills in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript for API development.
- Hands-on experience with LLM/RAG stacks and retrieval strategies.
- Proven track record of rapid prototyping from idea to demo.
- Ability to design meaningful evaluations for use cases.
- Excellent communication skills with technical teams.
