Requirements

  • Extensive experience with enterprise-level customer care platforms and CRM integrations.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical visions.
  • Track record of mentoring senior engineering talent.
  • Deep understanding of modern architecture practices in distributed systems.
  • Strong ability to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders.
