Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support OpenText VIM solutions for SAP.
- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions for invoice automation and Accounts Payable processes.
- Configure invoice processing, exception handling, VIM workflows, and process optimization.
- Integrate VIM with SAP modules and external systems, including SAP Ariba invoicing integrations.
- Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partners.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong experience with OpenText VIM implementation and support.
- Good understanding of SAP Accounts Payable and Invoice-to-Pay processes.
- Basic knowledge of SAP MM and SAP FI Accounts Payable modules.
- Experience with SAP Ariba integrations related to invoicing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience in the Petroleum/Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations is preferred.
- Knowledge of tax engine integrations such as Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE/OITD is desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies including IDoc, RFC, APIs, and CPI/PI/PO is preferred.
- Experience in global or multi-country Accounts Payable environments is preferred.
