Responsibilities
- Build and deploy LLM-powered bots, agents, NLP query interfaces, RAG workflows, and tool-using agentic systems.
- Integrate AI services with Microsoft Teams, CRM, ERP, and internal platforms.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, data models, SQL workloads, and analytics layers across ERP, CRM, Slate, and the Qube Data Lake.
- Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models, including computer vision and 2K-to-4K super-resolution models.
- Set up GPU training pipelines, manage datasets, track experiments, and operationalize research outputs with research partners.
- Build workflow automation pipelines, REST API integrations, webhooks, event-driven pipelines, and reusable automation scripts.
- Document model performance, data schemas, API contracts, and deployment guides, and participate in architecture reviews and technical decisions.
Requirements
- B.Tech, M.Tech, or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, data engineering, or applied machine learning roles.
- Strong portfolio or demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-powered products.
- Experience with Python, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Jupyter, R, ggplot2, Shiny, SQL, data warehouses, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, function or tool calling, RAG pipelines, Git, Linux/Bash, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Added advantage for experience with Claude Code, Emergent AI, n8n, computer vision and super-resolution architectures, MLflow or DVC, Docker, blockchain or Web3, and vector databases.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities.
