Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Map the Celonis Platform to customers’ enterprise AI strategies and own accountability for major ROI targets.
- Craft board-level executive narratives and lead complex, multi-workstream value workshops.
- Orchestrate C-level stakeholders, executive sponsorship, enterprise change management, and Centers of Excellence.
- Steer and govern large cross-regional transformation programs and portfolio workstreams.
- Use AI-driven account planning and build frameworks for quantifying processes at global scale.
- Guide technical teams and Applied Value Engineers on complex solution design and architectural builds.
- Define strategic expansion roadmaps and identify next-generation insurance industry use cases.
- Guide product development through customer and industry insights.
Requirements
- 8+ years of highly relevant experience owning multiple strategic workstreams.
- Deep enterprise IT and SaaS experience, with examples such as SAP.
- Advanced AI fluency and the ability to guide technical teams on complex solution design.
- Expertise in value realization, strategic program management, stakeholder orchestration, and executive engagement.
- Expert knowledge of the insurance industry and business-critical use cases such as claims management and policy administration.
- Flawless English and exceptional executive presence.
- Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree, or Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor.
