Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solution architectures and strategies aligned with client business needs, organizational goals, and ethical considerations.
- Lead and support technology assessment efforts, including alternative analysis, performance characterization, and requirements development.
- Conduct independent technical research and distill complex topics into concepts understandable to general audiences.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems with limited direction.
- Mentor and potentially supervise team members and support technical development or research teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning engineering, or software engineering.
- At least 5 years of programming experience, including Python.
- Experience with deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or agentic AI.
- Knowledge of modern software design patterns.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
- Preferred: experience leading technical development or technical research teams; experience with generative or agentic AI technologies such as LLMs, MCP, LangChain, or LangGraph; existing Secret clearance; a STEM master’s degree or doctorate.
