Responsibilities
- Architect the design platform for OnePay, focusing on infrastructure rather than just library maintenance.
- Integrate AI tools into the design system to enhance workflows for designers and engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the design system is useful beyond design and engineering.
- Rethink traditional design systems to be AI-native and adaptable to current team workflows.
- Define and track success metrics such as adoption and design-to-production fidelity.
Requirements
- Deep experience with design system architecture across Figma and code.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI into design and engineering workflows.
- Fluency in design tokens and component architecture.
- Experience in scripting or plugin development for tools like Figma.
- A track record of building systems that serve diverse audiences beyond designers and engineers.
