Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of the DevSecOps platform and security products.
- Design and develop RASP/Java Agent runtime protection.
- Integrate SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, and security scanning into CI/CD workflows.
- Drive application security protection against various vulnerabilities.
- Advance AI-Native Security Engineering using LLMs and AI Agents.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to solve complex security problems.
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in computer science and security.
- Expert-level Java proficiency, especially in JVM internals.
- Proven hands-on experience with RASP, SAST, DAST, and security scanning.
- Strong offensive and defensive security experience.
- Experience with LLMs and AI Agents in security contexts.
- Strong engineering mindset with the ability to lead security product design.
