Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Secrets Management capabilities.
- Design and implement identity lifecycle management, privileged access, authentication, RBAC, and secrets management solutions across hybrid environments.
- Integrate secrets management platforms with automation pipelines, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Develop automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and Identity-as-Code solutions to improve security, governance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead identity and access initiatives from conception through delivery while influencing stakeholders and driving adoption.
- Support Active Directory group governance, access reviews, audits, investigations, and risk management activities.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on IAM principles, governance models, standards, best practices, and controls.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Security Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, governance, operating models, identity lifecycle management, least privilege, RBAC, access governance, authentication, and privileged access management.
- Experience delivering IGA, PAM, and Secrets Management capabilities in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience integrating identities, applications, and access controls across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid platforms.
- Hands-on experience implementing, integrating, and automating security technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC, Delinea, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, or similar technologies.
- Experience applying Infrastructure-as-Code and Identity-as-Code practices.
- Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, influence decisions, take ownership, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and initiative leadership skills.
