Responsibilities
- Own core wallet backend modules and improve functionalities.
- Build transaction and on-chain interaction scenarios.
- Support multi-chain and new-chain integration.
- Ensure stable operation through monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Drive projects to delivery by managing dependencies and risks.
- Continuously raise engineering quality through design discussions and code reviews.
- Apply AI tools in daily development for efficiency.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of Java backend experience with strong fundamentals.
- Experience with complex or high-concurrency systems.
- Ability to understand context and make sound judgments on ambiguous problems.
- Proven drive and ownership of projects from design to launch.
- Experience with blockchain, wallets, or related systems.
- High security awareness regarding user assets and transaction features.
- Independent troubleshooting skills for production issues.
- Willingness to use AI coding tools to improve efficiency.
