Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native and hybrid environments.
- Govern and optimize the GitHub, JFrog, DataDog, Qualys, Jira, Terraform, WIZ, and ServiceNow toolchain.
- Integrate Terraform and Ansible infrastructure automation with OPA Policy-as-Code and security automation.
- Establish DevSecOps operational standards, including onboarding, L1–L3 support, and SLA-based incident management.
- Support AI-enabled SDLC, SDLC for AI development, internal developer platform, and AI security tooling initiatives.
- Automate governance, evidence generation, and release promotion workflows.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery velocity, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with internal and external auditors and align operational controls with DORA, KAIT, and BAIT frameworks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevSecOps, SDLC automation, or platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and artifact management using JFrog.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Familiarity with OPA Policy-as-Code, the Microsoft Well-Architected Framework, and operational governance.
- Experience managing toolchain governance and incident management frameworks.
- Experience working in regulated environments governed by DORA, KAIT, or BAIT.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- A degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include CKA/CKAD, CCSK, CSSLP, GCSA, AZ-400, or CISSP.
- Experience with internal developer platforms, platform engineering, AI-enhanced developer workflows, enterprise transformation programs, and Agile delivery is preferred.
