Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systems.
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, and cross-functional collaboration within an Agile/Scrum framework.
Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the technology stack.
Influence and mentor Software Engineering colleagues by explaining facts, policies, and practices.
Improve organizational engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
Evaluate code quality and validity and participate in testing and certification.

Proficiency in Golang is required; expert Java or Python candidates willing to transition to Go may be considered.
Deep familiarity with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience designing and maintaining distributed systems handling high traffic and large-scale datasets.
Strong proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Comprehensive understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle.
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with Product and QA.
Five to eight years of experience.
Preferred: experience building or maintaining cybersecurity products, particularly SIEM and Vulnerability Management products.
Preferred: familiarity with security protocols, encryption, common vulnerability frameworks, Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred: participation in professional conferences or specialized technology groups.
