Base Salary

$85k - $150k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support AI-powered applications, agents, and workflow automations.
Build Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt design, retrieval-based patterns, and enterprise data sources.
Develop Python services, APIs, integrations, and reusable components for AI use cases.
Participate in software design, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and operational support.
Collaborate with Technology, data, security, platform, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Evaluate AI outputs and improve quality, reliability, usability, and operational performance.
Support secure engineering practices, governance reviews, monitoring, risk controls, and operational readiness.
Identify responsible opportunities to simplify processes, automate repeatable work, and improve productivity.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in software development, preferably with Python and one or more additional languages.
Understanding of software engineering practices, software delivery lifecycle processes, source control, automated testing, and code review standards.
Working knowledge of Large Language Models, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development tools.
Experience building or integrating APIs, backend services, data pipelines, or enterprise applications.
Awareness of retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, agentic AI patterns, or AI orchestration frameworks is advantageous.
Understanding of secure development, data handling, privacy, risk, and governance for enterprise AI solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Experience in financial services, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud platforms, or enterprise AI platforms is advantageous but not required.
