Base Salary
$85k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support AI-powered applications, agents, and workflow automations.
- Build Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt design, retrieval-based patterns, and enterprise data sources.
- Develop Python services, APIs, integrations, and reusable components for AI use cases.
- Participate in software design, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and operational support.
- Collaborate with Technology, data, security, platform, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs and improve quality, reliability, usability, and operational performance.
- Support secure engineering practices, governance reviews, monitoring, risk controls, and operational readiness.
- Identify responsible opportunities to simplify processes, automate repeatable work, and improve productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in software development, preferably with Python and one or more additional languages.
- Understanding of software engineering practices, software delivery lifecycle processes, source control, automated testing, and code review standards.
- Working knowledge of Large Language Models, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience building or integrating APIs, backend services, data pipelines, or enterprise applications.
- Awareness of retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, agentic AI patterns, or AI orchestration frameworks is advantageous.
- Understanding of secure development, data handling, privacy, risk, and governance for enterprise AI solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience in financial services, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud platforms, or enterprise AI platforms is advantageous but not required.
