Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and system components.
- Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors integrations, APIs, and web services for enterprise data exchange.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues and improve software efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and become a subject matter expert.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and middleware platforms related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs and web services.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
